        I felt that it was generally excellent, but the dark-haired lady, Mrs M, is consistently in a bad mood it seems; one feels as though you might be bothering simply by approaching the counter. Further, one of my shirts apparently "had two holes" in them and was not dry cleaned. I thought this to be odd and saw the moderately large punctures on a sleeve that I'm unsure how they got there....just odd. It had never happened before. I guess it's possible, but at that point, this prompted me to make the switch.
