I had a custom fence made with bravo and waited a month for the fence. It still wasn't ready and gave them another week. They messed up the size of the gate, they overcharged me and lots of pieces were missing and scratched up. They always say they are going to call you back and they never call you back. Very rude customer service. I do not recommend using them for any fence jobs.

Company's responsiveness and ability to call back is poor. After multiple attempts to set up an appointment, company never showed for assessment.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I had them put in fence in Hudson Florida home. I paid them $5000 to do the job as a deposit to get on the schedule. They day of the install the Forman and he crew showed up to put in my fence in the rain. We were told it was going to be fine and to pretty much let them do it or wait for a new date and they couldn't give me a date at that moment (pretty much take this and deal with it or never get your fence put in) after saying "ok" because I had no other options having 4 small kids and two dogs and backing up to water I needed it put in. The Forman they sent with a non English speaking crew had no idea where my lot lines were and had to call the offices to get help. Finally after back and forth they we're done. Because it was raining out I wasn't able to actually look at the fence it self and inspect the work and quality. The next day I went around my fence and noticed it was missing some caps at the top and a lot of fence pieces looked USED some broken, very dented, scratched. I didn't NOT just pay 9,000 for a used fence???I called my contact that helped me install and sent emails. No communication for over two weeks. I wanted this fixed and addressed so they could get paid. I wasn't going to pay them when to be the job wasn't completed. After weeks of calling and leaving messages and emails. I get told a lien was put against my home for remaining balance. I called the company again to continue to be told to "leave a message".  I then went on the BBB and filed a complaint with all my information and pictures to back up my claim. Two days later I get a call from the "owner" saying he's sorry the guy I was dealing with was let go and he would be my contact. He said he would come out personally to look my issues and address them we settled on date and time so they could get paid and i was happy with the work and broken or missing pieces could be fixed. The day the owner was supposed to come I get a text saying "he was stuck at a site and couldn't get to me" and couldn't get me a next date. Several calls later and texts nothing. So another month goes by and because of the lien and me refinancing my home they get paid and I'm left with a USED and missing fence pieces. I tried to reach out again to see I could get someone to fix my issues since they were paid and NOTHING. My fence looks used in places and missing parts. This company doesn't care about the work they do or their customers and is only in it for the money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
