Red Lobster

For the past 3 visits, we were there for at leat an hour and half. Waitstaff barely checked on us and took 29 minutesto come get our drink order even talk to us.. Our drinks were dry and food service was slow. I had to send my food back because it was cold. I would not recommend this location.

Not busy, food came no silverware, waited for server ended up asking another server, our server came and brought us plastic silverware like we were at a fast food place, she said she had to roll some, I told her to just bring them don't wrap them I wanted to eat my food while it was hot. Still took 5 minutes, then one of my lobster tails was half raw. Spoke to manager, she said they only had about 30 sets of silverware. If you are going to charge 40-50 for a plate of food, you should have silverware for all your dinners, especially at 5 pm seating! Only good thing was the bread! Will never be back!
