This is the worst service ever! They tried charging us to fix our phones then try to charge us just to let my wife transfer our data from our old phones to our new $1400 phones, because we're taking up space! When the first lady screwed up our data on our phones the second time coming to thus store! THE FIRST TIME VERIZON REP OVER THE PHONE SCREQED UP All four phones our old ones and the new ones that cane in the mail from a verizon representative. TOOK US A WEEK JUST TO GET IT FIXED! IM SO DONE WITH VERIZON SEEVICE AND THEIR PHONES.

Terrible service. Came in to find out about the current new iPhone promotion and switch from another carrier. Woman told us it would be 200$ minimum and that Verizon was the most expensive carrier around all when we walked in the lobby before we even sat down. We were the only customers in the store also. No other options provided just kind of looked at us. Very strange sales tactic.
