I was talked into purchasing a nice quality carpet and pad by the Castle salesperson. Told there was a lifetime warranty on the carpet. 2 years later, my carpet is ripping at the seams, with actual pieces of carpet lifted up showing through to pad. I've spent the last 2 months trying to get in touch with Castle One installers. They came out once to repair. They just glued down threadbare carpet, so now the plastic backing shows. I have made several subsequent attempts to call for help. No one will return my calls. I talk to various people who point me to others. But I can never make contact with anyone who can actually help. It is extremely frustrating.
Please chooseany other carpet company in this area. I deeply regret my decision to go with Castle. Thousands of dollars later, I have poorly installed carpet. With no service to help.
