        The initial service we were not told it was going to be an upfront payment for the year but we set it up anyway and have regretted ever since. After multiple calls to the company to complain about insects they never came. We did receive one call back that the technician couldn't make the day we had scheduled.  We tried emailing the company and no return emails as well.  I am done trying to give this company a chance to uphold their contract.
