This company was hired to determine the sewer smell in our condominium. They determined the hot water heater was the cause of the smell. They recommended to remove and disinfect the hot water heater full of a bacteria in the system, tried to charge us $1000.00 to perform this service. Due to the age of the hot water heater we had it replaced. Did not fix the problem. Called Redi Rooter to come and inspect again because they gave the wrong diagnosis, they said they would charge another Diagnosis Fee. So we hired another company and they said the wax rings in the toilet needed to be replaced. They replaced them, no more smell in our condominium. We wasted $1500.00 on a hot water heater that didn't need to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this company to change a toilet seat. They Suck.
