I just joined a month ago... At this gym, you get a great 1 hour workout filled with cardio and free weights.  High tech that allows you to see/monitor your heart rate while working out.  In the end you have a full overview of the calories burned and amount of time in each "color" based off heart rate.  Good music with great instructors.  You have to sign up for each class so as soon as you know you are going to a class sign up.  Is pricier than most gyms however I feel it's worth the price due to the unique environment and concept.   If you are in another city you can go to the gym at any location.
