RIDICULOUS! Was told a couple of days and it's been 2 weeks. Obviously he can't complete a job because he won't show up for work half of the time.

My wife's car (09' Lincoln MKS) was having what we believed to be a transmission issue. We took it to our local Ford dealership and, after an $87 diagnostic check, were told they couldn't find the issue diagnostically so our best bet was to drop $5k on a new tranny....took it to Busy Beavers where they looked at and test drove the vehicle...THAT DAY!...and solved our issue for less than $400....aside from that they called us twice to see how the car was performing two days and again two weeks later. Other businesses would do well to follow the lead on how this business not only timely, efficiently and cost effectively fixed our automobile, but also on how they handle customer service. We will definitely be back should the need arise!
