Do not go here! They are charging my account and I didn't sign up for a membership. I went in February and paid for one month of tanning and told the girl at the front desk that I did not want a membership and only wanted to pay for a month. She assured me that was fine. Yet I've now been charged for March and April. The charge in April was AFTER THEY CLOSED FOR COVID 19!!! They won't allow me to cancel this "membership" nor will they return my emails concerning this issue. The website just says that memberships are on freeze. If that's the case, why was my account charged?!!! If you have a membership here check you bank statements. If you don't have a membership here and have ever just visited for one session, check your bank statements!!! The way they run business is shady

I got a membership in November right before my wedding. The membership was cheap so the fact that the staff was not very personal it didn't really bother me. I guess I was just used to how friendly everyone was when it was wolf tan.. Anyways. After the wedding I never went back. My own fault for not canceling I get that. So I paid for 6 months that I didn't go. Well in April I tried canceling and since the system was down everyone's account was froze. 2 weeks later I was charged for May. I called the store and explained the situation and a girl told me she could see when I tried canceling and I should be able to get the refund but I would have to email customer service. Well it's been almost a month and customer service just wants to argue with me and tell me I'm wrong. I've asked for a phone number to actually speak with somebody and they literally told me no. I will make sure I never refer them to anyone in the future. And most definitely will not be returning my self. I hate to leave bad reviews like this especially in the middle of a pandemic. But I was also furloughed from my job and am struggling to. I'm only asking for the one month of refund.. I already gave 6 months of not going.

I went to the Zoom Tan in Killearn yesterday to get a spray tan (I have unlimited and pay per month) and when Faith, the woman who was helping me asked if I would like to do my normal PH spray before the initial spray, which is an additional $5 each time, I said yes. I had forgotten that my funds from a previous bank still had not transferred to my new account. I had cash, but she informed me it must be done through a credit card. I was bummed, but understanding. She paused for a minute and asked me “you said you have $5 cash on you?” I told her yes and she said... “don’t worry... I’ll pay with my own card, I have it memorized and you can just pay me.” I hope her customer service is celebrated and rewarded instead of reprimanded for any policies broken... she is the paradigm of a team member who owns guest loyalty. She advocated for me, a customer she never met before, and it wasn’t for guest recovery because there was no complaint. She did it because she wanted to make me happy. I manage people and I’m in the customer service industry... Faith and her kind gesture, speaks volumes of your Company’s culture. I will recommend Zoom Tan to all of my friends and Family.
