Ive been waiting over 4 weeks for an answer on my glasses being replaced. Left one message and no follow up after a weeks left another message and again no follow up. Just tried leaving a message but the voice mail is full and cant leave a message for a return call from the doctor. I am hoping to get to talk to the doctor on Monday and get a firm answer when my replacement lenses will arrive.

Something is shady about this place. I got two pairs of glasses. They didnt use my insurance for the purchase and when I asked about it he told me I got a good deal. I picked up my Rayban glasses and sunglasses that didnt have the logo on the lenses. I was told that it would take two weeks to get my glasses because he had to order them from Rayban. When I asked about the logo, I was told I purchased the cheaper lenses and he would order the Rayban lenses but I would need to pay the difference. I had to remind him I did in fact order the Rayban lenses, we had a whole conversation about it. I could of got the cheaper frames and lenses. Good thing I took a picture of the hand written invoice. 2/27/2024 Its been two weeks and I have not heard from them.
