Park 52 Property Management

Horrible property management at this place. Since I moved in, has been nothing but issues particularly around payments and them not being applied properly resulting in pay or vacates. Soon as my tenancy is up, Im out of there. Highly do not recommend.

Just finished our lease with this company, and didn't really have any complaints. We followed the move out cleaning instructions, and basically got our entire deposit back. I appreciate that they didn't try to nickel and dime us for our move out deposit. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful over the year as well.

Thank Park 52. Stephanie, Jeanna, Chelsea, and Dana you are so kind and professional. Moving, especially on short notice is very stressful for us older folks. You are all a real blessing. They discriminate people who work from home, there is no clause in their rental criteria that states you must prove you work from home Even if you provide promotion letters stating you work in washington state, an employment verification letter, and three paystubs as requested, they will still require you some how prove you work from home To be clear I make almost 4.5 times the rent Do not recommend, I will be seeking legal action.

Does not care about tenants, only cares about money. Bottom of the barrel management company who discriminates against victims of domestic violence.
