        Super awesome and quick service!!! Got 4 new tires for a great price!!! Im so happy that I went here instead of going anywhere else that would over charge me. Totally recommend 12th street tires! :)

        Really helpful, didn't hustle me. Good prices. I can't remember the last time I had a flat and they said they could fix it. It's normally sorry to close to the side, too vlose to the center. Anyway, I'll keep them in mind .

        Now that is how customer service should be done. Ive been a customer at this business for the last few years. Every time that Im have tire trouble. They are fast they are convenient and theyre super professional.Today. I had to go and put air into my tires and I drove around to three different places and all the air machines were broken at the gas stations. I drove up to this place I asked him can you please check my tire pressure and put air in my tires and how much would they cost? They said it doesnt cost anything will be happy to assist you now this was such a great Addition to my already frustrating day thank you 12th St. tires

        Complete rip off. I needed a used tire, a 195/60R 15 for my Civic. The guy grabs a used tire it has okay tred & off brand. I thought he was going to say $20=$30. He wanted $65 for a single used tire! The reason I went there was to get a cheap tire. Firestone, Les Schwab, & Walmart I would have been able to get a new one for what I was charged. I even asked if he had any thing cheaper he walked over to were he got the tire & said it was the only one but he would sell it for $60 including tax. He didn't give me it for 60 like he said he would he charged me the original price first quoted. When they were replacing the tire I counted 9 other tires in that size. On top of this he tells me all tires have a 60 day warranty. For that much money it should be 90 days. But on the invoice it says only 60 days if you give them "an excellent review". So you can't even trust any of thier good reviews since most people are only leaving a great review for the warranty. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. GO ANYWHER ELSE EVEN IF IT'S WALMART. I should not have had to spend more than $35 at the most at any other used tire shop.

      When this customer came in he was shown an excellent used tire and told a price of $65 plus tax. Every customer is quoted before any work is started. When you asked for a cheaper tire I looked and did not have any, so I offered it at $65 after tax. Again, this is before any work started. If you did not like the price, you could have simply left. As far as the price goes we regularly check local competitors and we are about average price (some are even higher) for that tire used, in good shape, with install, disposal ect. Years ago before inflation yes you could get a tire for $35, but unfortunately as we all know prices have gone up on everything.Everything was quoted to you prior to starting the work, you had no obligation to purchase the tire if you did not think the price was fair. I am sorry if you feel like it was overpriced, but we were very upfront about the charges, which you agreed to.
