Worked with Rich for a simple electric furnace swap, he came to my place in a couple days after calling and gave me a quote ONE THOUSAND less than three other places. Thought it'd be too good to be true, but nope, outstanding experience all around. Three days after giving him and Cummings the go-ahead, I got a new system installed at the quoted price, and excellent work was done by a couple young technicians. Everyone at Cummings was great to work with, professional with great attitudes. And it was fun talking sports with Rich too. Couldn't recommend Cummings more, not only for the price, but everything else.

I would not recommend Cummings H&C to family or friends. They installed a new heat pump 3 years ago when we bought the house and the system had stopped working on the one really hot day of the summer. I requested a service and they were quick to get a technician out to diagnose the problem. I will say that the technician was great however the admin staff and company pricing/procedures had many red flags. First red flag was that they could not find the invoice from the initial instal from three years prior and that I would have to produce the invoice myself for warranty purposes. Second red flag was that they wanted to complete work then worry about pricing and warranty afterwards. Third red flag was that their pricing was absurd, over charging me for labor (supposed to be covered under initial service fee for diagnosing the issue) and the coolant (majority of the cost) was marked up 800%, way above other competitors. When I got the pricing I was trapped, they had already completed the work and took advantage of the situation. After much discussion I was able to cut my bill in half, which goes to show that their initial invoice was way high and erroneous. They attempted to take advantage of homeowners in hopes that they just pay the bill. I would think twice before doing business with Cummings H&C and definitely get estimates from other companies before any work is done, especially in emergency heating/cooling situations.

Great customer service from start to finish. Very prompt and on time with the initial estimate. We had a gas fire place installed and it looks so real and heats our entire house. We also had an electric heat pump install best thing ever wish I would have done it sooner. Very reasonable priced and explained everything I need to know about my equipment. Office staff worked with me on all paper work and receipts needed. Love this company I will recommend this company to anyone

First off I needed AC\Furnace. I also had a large electrical rewrite to do. No big job comes without any problems. They were spot on with their work. At times I wondered is this right but in the end they did everything right. Devin, Bill and DeAndre are excellent electricians. Blade and his crew are good at their AC\Furnace work. We had hurdles and there were some issues but I spent almost 30k dollars with them for what I wanted and regret none of it. Others were very high in price for AC and they were competitive and cheaper, they didnt oversell I refer things. On the electrical side I had a full panel upgraded to newer coded ARC fault, a 30 amp for AC, 50 amp for hot tub, 4 extra 20 amp runs for future use and all of them had no issues accommodating some added on requests like a light in my attic to see! I couldnt tell them how much my wife and I appreciated them following up on any complaints and they made things right when the going got tough! In the future I would call them again. I already have them coming back for a quote on duct cleaning and wrapping my ducts as they have never been insulated. Keep up the good work and thanks for putting up with me too!
