AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I came in for my first time, did x-rays and a quick exam. Took 2 hours?! The x-rays took way longer than should've. I overheard them say the doctor is still busy with another patient. Ok no problem, an hour has gone by and I'm thinking they move super slow. This older lady points out to the young woman where to take my X-rays and she physically touches my face without gloves on or even asking me first? What on earth. I'm a whole human sitting here. The older lady is named Nina I was told, but she never introduced herself and just stared at the X-rays behind me and seemed so unbothered to even be there. I then go to my chair and I ask how long the doctor will be. The lady asks him and he gives her attitude and even asked who asked her in a passive aggressive tone? Like excuse me? It's been AN HOUR AND A HALF and I'm still waiting -- but now I can't even ask how long he'll be without attitude? Why treat the other staff in a disrespectful way? He probably checks my teeth for 5 minutes then runs off and I'm left with no communication? Someone then approached me with a price list telling me to get 5 fillings after he leaves? Where did this suddenly come from? I had to ask the severity to the front desk staff and he came back over and I ask to be shown where are these cavities. WHY DO I HAVE TO ASK TO BE SHOWN SOMETHING WHEN I'M IN HERE FOR A SERVICE, AND THEN TO APPROACH WITH A POTENTIAL COST/BILL WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME THERE'S AN ISSUE FIRST? This "dr" really thinks he's better than everyone or something, treating people so disrespectfully. Ought to be ashamed of himself. I went to one of the top universities in the world abroad and lived and received care both abroad and in the US and NEVER have I ever been treated this horribly at a dentistry. These people just want to take your money, bill your insurance and treat you like subhumans and expect you to be ok with it. Utterly ridiculous. RUN from Nguyen -- what a horrible experience and a shell of a human. Don't work in this industry if you can't communicate with humans all day. Sadly money runs these peoples lives, they don't care about human decency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! There is better than this in Washington and I can speak to that. Utter waste of time.

Every appointment, the staff is amazing no matter who helps me!!! Today I had the pleasure of having Lacy in my treatment and she is absolutely amazing and so sweet! Im so happy I made the choice of coming to them!
