I do not have an account with this company, however, there is a system in the retail rental location I have. I found their card in the building and called them about the system and the beeping sound. Sherri Bachus, CSR Tacoma office, came to the location. She came in and looked it over, she couldn't help me, but the fact that she came out to see if she could. Really means a lot. If I do get service, I would go with them for sure. Thank you Sherri... it was such a pleasure meeting you. Thank you to you and your company.

Sharri and the Sonitrol team were a pleasure to do business with and our installation went flawlessly. We were quoted 5 days for the install but the team was complete in just 3 days which was a welcome surprise. We look forward to Sonitrol monitoring our facility for the years to come! Thank you.

I have had Sonitrol for years and use them at two Locations. I have had many conversations with Law enforcement over the years and they all say they will quickly respond to Sonitrol. The reason? Because they have a very good chance of catching someone in the process of a crime. Sherri Bachus is my local Rep and she is always ready to help. Great service and a great company! Thanks Sonitrol for the successful year of protecting my businesses.
