I have been working with Wattel & York, Attorneys at Law, since mid-October 2023 to settle my claim for an accident for which I wasnt responsible. I especially want to recognize Harley T., my litigation assistant, who handled much of the research, administrative work, and follow-up on my claim. Harley was always very courteous and professional; she made a number of helpful suggestions that led to a larger settlement amount and was there for me every step of the way. I would also like to thank Mari Jo M., my paralegal, for her expertise in handling my claim. Mari Jo played an important part in the claim process; she was very personable and answered any legal questions that I had raised. Thank you both for your excellent service. I came to wattel & york after going to two other attourneys that turned me away & told me there was nothing they could do for me. I met Mary joe in the office whom made me feel comfortable with my case & had the same attitude as me with being the victim & being able to show it even though the blame was put on me. She gave me all the direction on what i should do to get that done. Wich is exactly what i needed. It was a patience game for a year and a half but finally it all paid off & i was able to get the settlement i deserved. I could not say enough good things. The attourneys had enough knowledge for me whenever i had questions on what i should do and what the future might hold for my situation. They made sure all my bills were paid out of the settlement so i didnt have to worry about it with receipts. Thank You Wattel & York for helping me
