BJ's Beauty & Barber College

Completely unprofessional!!!!! The place is a safety hazard waiting to happen!! From the equipment that leaks from the roof down the walls to all the over used plugs along the walls in the nail room to the over used mess of plugs down the barber area. The lack of necessary equipment for their services is a joke!! They are using their own equipment and some products from home in most areas due to them false promising kits upon enrolling,(kits you dont end up getting till your almost graduating). They claim to have a bunch of teachers yet never have anyone to teach the courses. The students sit and freedom with no directions for the most part and take turns playing front desk due to lack of staffing so the clients appointments are a on going joke of whos coming in for what!!! There is only one person who is running the entire office and doing a horrible job at it no one is getting their financial aid as intended but yet when the school has time to get to it!! I went for a week of cosmo and dropped yet Im still getting billed for the full loans and grants I was going to take out and havent seen a dime. The school also still has me listed as activity in school !!! I wouldnt recommend this school to anyone!!!! They need to be shut down or remanaged. The main owner is the brother to the lady running the office and only comes in on Mondays when the school is closed to take care of what he chooses to take care of and avoid all unwanted needs, such as the million of phone calls from financial aid health board and more trying to get ahold of him!! They have some really shady stuff going on at this school and I do not understand how they have lasted this long under this type of management.

This place is the worst! The students are so inconsiderate, they leave trash everywhere , do weed on their breaks, it's just a terrible place

Came in for a appointment that was made days ago. And confirmed by text yesterday. 9:45 drove from Seattle. I get there, another person same service not scheduled. But since it was a students wife. They take her back. And tell me they'll try to find someone, bit it's no one else there that can do lashes. Hold on they'll figure it out. Not to mention waited 5 minutes before someone came in said anything to me. I started to wait. Customer service should be taught also.

bjs beauty an barber college is super unprofessional an is super under ran that they run through instructors an secondly theres barely a barber instructor its literally one barber instructor every other week and you dont learn anything at all an if you got fasa you can kiss that goodbye they take your money and use it to keep up wit the building if your a person trying to get go to school dont go to this one at all
