Sold a busted truck to a soldier smh shame on you

Would give 0 stars if possible.Long story short: If you value honesty and quality vehicles, DO NOT shop here. Go down to South Tacoma Way and purchase a vehicle that has actually been inspected, detailed, and is in working condition.Full review: Vista had a truck posted at the VERY front of the lot- the first vehicle you see from the street. Within minutes of inspecting, I noted multiple deficiencies. The A/C was out, it was missing a coolant cap in the engine bay, and the rear window wouldn't roll down. When approached my the Salesman, Josh, he acted as if it was the first time seeing the vehicle. Didn't even have a clue that there were any issues with it and assured me it went though a "very thorough inspection".I bought the truck on a Tuesday and drove it 5-10 minutes to and from work. There were no major issues as the truck didn't have much time to get hot. The following hot weekend, the transmission lost 5th and 6th gear and barely operated above 35mph. I called the dealership to address the issue, and they gave me the false hope that they would assist me. They insisted I take the truck to CarClinic to be diagnosed- a $300 fee. When asked if they would cover the diagnostic fee, they refused. I explained that it was unrealistic to drive over an hour for an expensive diagnosis when there are shops nearby that I can safely drive the truck to and have diagnosed for free.Eventually, I got a quote from a different shop and brought it to Vista. They assured they would review it with the owner and call back soon. I reached out after hearing nothing for 3 days, only to be met with, "You haven't reached out to us in days?!" and that they would only accept a quote from Car Clinic. At one point, they tried to bargain by telling me they would cover the cost of labor which is maybe 10% of the total repair.As Car Clinic does not specialize in transmissions, they reviewed my original quote and provided me their estimate of the cost of repairs. Still, Vista wasn't satisfied that I didn't waste $300 to bring the truck in person to the shop.After 3+ weeks of minimal communication, I asked to speak with the owner who allegedly is in the office from Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm. However, he just so happens to be unavailable when I ask. Then, when I calmly appear in person, they harass for showing up at all.Instead of handling business like professionals, Josh continued to berate me over the phone claiming, "my boss is upset with me because you're making me look like I don't know what I'm talking about."Don't waste your time. Vista won't hesitate to lie to your face to make a quick buck. Aside from here, I will be recommending to all family, friends, and coworkers to stay away from here.

they continue to sell faulty cars and even went as far as to BLOCK customers who wanted them to fix a transmission that went out 1 week after it drove off the lot and this isn't the first time they've done this. Just look at the reviews and their Facebook page.

I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento on July 12 2021. It blew a rod on July 19. Only 7 days after I bought this car! Vista took no responsibility. I had paid for a 3 year 36000 mile warranty. They used my whole warranty to fix it so I was left with nothing. Their guy had me take it to Bens Quality Auto. They jacked my car up so much that I just got it figured out 3 mechanics later. After 8 months of owning this car, it only has 750 miles added to it. And 280 of that was in that first week! Vista said they would help me with bills. They didn't! They said they would trade the car across and then after I spent 3 hours looking on their lot, they offered me 6500 trade in value on a car that I paid 11000 for. Dominic straight up lied to me. Jim, the owner, never once took responsibility on the extra 1500 dollars I have had to pay for repairs from the shop that they referred me to. AFTER 8 MONTHS. I finally have a car that runs. Vista Auto spit shines a car just enough to offload it on unsuspecting customers. I am a single woman and was assured by Vista when I bought the car, that they would take good care of me. They stopped taking my calls and dropped me like a hot potato. Please save yourself a lot of misery and don't trust this business! No one should go through this!
