I call in for my refills and if there isn't any they say they will fax the prescribing doctor to request refills. 9 out of 10 times this never happens. I have to call my doctors offices, then they go through the whole " the pharmacy needs to fax us for any refills". I tell them I did and the pharmacy said they sent a fax. So who is being untruthful here, multiple doctors offices or 1 pharmacy? My son and I both end up missing doses of our meds bc of this. With him, we end up in the emergency room bc he has chest pains and he is only 10. With me, I end up bed ridden or my blood thickens up depending on which medication they didn't fill. Do better please lincoln pharmacy. People's lives depend on certain medications being filled in a timely manner.
