Carter Funeral Home took care of both of my grandparents. Most recently my grandfather who lived a full life to 99 yrs and 10 months. The team was exceedingly respectful and careful and helped my parents make all of his final arrangements with grace. I am grateful for their care and compassion for our family during two very difficult times. Thank you on behalf of the Butler/Sniffen family.

Not enough can be said about Carters Funeral Home and their staff. My family and I have laid to rest multiple of our beloved family including my son and mother. They've made unimaginable circumstances bearable with their understanding, compassion, and just being good human beings in devastating situations. Jim and the staff provides by far the best services in NYS. Inand my family are forver grateful for how they conduct their business and when God calls me home my family knows to have my homegoing services at Carters.

I cannot thank Peter Carter for his professionalism and caring. He was always available for questions and was willing to accomodate my sister's children's requests each time. I cannot thank carter's funeral home enough for the extended support during my families difficult time. Jim Carter is phenomenal in his work, He went above and beyond his duties to make the passing of our mother easier for her children. He made our decisions that much easier, by helping us understand the process of what was going to take place. He helped us design our mother's stone, which was not easy, considering she has 7 children.
