In our search for prom dresses we spent a good hour or so at Ask Alice. The staff was extremely accommodating, professional and very friendly! They asked questions, suggested and picked out dresses for my daughter to try on. Alyssa the manager was AMAZING!!! I truly appreciate all her help, weeks of dress shopping and no's at every shop. Alyssa assisted my daughter through the process and she found her dress! We are extremely happy with our purchase and experience at Ask Alice. Highly recommend this boutique!!!! It is worth it. Thank you to the staff and Alyssa for making this experience a great one.

We have made clothing purchases at Ask Alice in the past for vacations and what not. Last week we went in looking for a prom dress. As my daughter went downstairs to see the dresses, I stayed upstairs to buy her some of the cute costume jewelry she has liked in the past. I purchased two bracelets and a ring. As Im waiting for my credit receipt, I keep looking at the trinkets and the manager comes to the counter and in an alarmed way tells the girl at the register you do know the prices for these went up, right? Right in front of me, to make sure she charged me more. I looked around and did not notice prices posted. The sales girl told her I purchased from a different display and I got my receipt. Went downstairs to see the dresses with my daughter and found nothing that stood out as sophisticated, elegant, classy. On the way out, after we heard the manager convincingly say to a clearly undecided young girl that she was not going to regret the purchase and I found it strange. Sad. We got in the car and my future law student said to me she is never going in there again. What an ugly way of doing business.
