They helped me order some parts that are only available from BSR. They are one of 2 US distributors, and the only one that answered their email. Super pleasant and helpful, great embodiment of the "no order is too small" customer service ethos.

Without being too wordy, if you have an old Saab, this is the best place to go. They know their stuff and don't charge a fortune.
