In our search for a new house we considered many options. My wife and I had never built before and really didnt know exactly what that looked like. We were originally drawn to Demlang Builders after visiting their Harper and Dakota models. We liked the basic layouts and the fit and finish of both models. After meeting Rod Demlang and talking with him about our needs and wants we decided they would be the right builder to work with. Rod is very honest and fair. I had heard plenty of nightmares about building but with Demlang Builders youre going to get exactly what your contract says. It was really a comfort going through this year plus process having great confidence in the owner of the company. The contracting and budgeting process was straight forward and easy from our end. Cheryl is very good at putting everything together and very clear and knowledgeable about what youre getting or not getting in the contract. As we started to adjust the floor plans to fit our specific desires we were always delighted to work with their architect Lisa. No matter the challenge we threw at her she always took it and made it even better than we thought it could be. Once the floor plan was complete we had to start looking at all the options for the house. Its amazing how many choices you have to make when building a new home. We didnt even know how to start picking out all the various products wed have to choose. Thankfully we worked with Colleen to pick out all the materials we would need. She is a very talented designer and she is very easy to work with. She really enhanced what my wife and I were trying to achieve with our interior. Demlang Builders has a good amount of products to look at in-house but also have many great options if you didnt find exactly what you were hoping for. Some designers only see their point of view but Colleen truly helped my wife and I see our vision come to life. Once you break ground on a new home there will be ups and downs. As the home owner you always want the project moving faster and at various points in the project you will wonder if things are moving along correctly. Our expeditors name was Aaron and I can say he is wonderful to work with. He is a very good and honest man and will work to get you exactly the home you designed and contracted. You end up working with the expeditor more than anyone else in the home building process and it is really wonderful to work with someone who is excellent at their job, attentive to your needs, and has a real passion for doing things right. There are many months that go by from the start of the process to finally moving in. Many challenges will come and go in that time. There is real comfort knowing that the builder you chose is honest and is going to build you exactly the home you paid for and designed. If youre fortunate enough to be building a new home I strongly recommend Demlang Builders. There is great value in knowing that the builder you chose is excellent at their craft and true to their contracts. They absolutely can build you a home you will love.

My wife and I just loved our house! Demlang doesnt cut corners everything has been perfect. A-lot people worked on house, we appreciate that.

The team at Demlang really listened to our needs and desires, and kept us well informed throughout the entire building process. Demlang made the building process as simple and seamless as possible. We have been in our Demlang home for almost 20 years. It has stood the test of time.  The service from day one with Nancy the sales person and all the others - Colleen, Rod and others could not have been better. When anything went wrong they went right at it making it right for us - without lots of over charges.  Does every home build go perfect - I doubt it. But there is a reason Milw. magazine has them in the top 10.

We started construction around November 1 2021. We closed June 22 2022. The Demlang team was professional, friendly, efficient helpful and despite supply chain issues was able to complete on schedule.
