Even though I previously had a good experience with my solar install, I am re-rating from 5 stars to 1 star because they are out of business.

I signed contract with Salt River solar and Wind May 1012. I called them many times in regards to the system to be installed, usually was told someone would contact me which never happened. I met with them and kept being assured they were to receive back owed monies from the govt.any day and the work would start. I paid them over $5000 as part payment. I received nothing. I have to think they are 100% crooked and were never waiting on govt. funds but just continuing to take peoples money. I do hope they are made to pay for this crime.

So I bought into the solar panel load of crap these people sold me. Spent around $8,000 for solar panels. All I have are the clips installed on my roof. Phone number is disconnected, website is down, and I am out the money. The compnay has horrible reviews on the BBB website....I counted at least 8 different business licenses that are either revoked, expired or suspended. No one has made contact with me and the last I heard they were running a virtual office. Now nothing! This is a poor business practise. I feel robbed and wish I knew how to get my money back.

Criminal SOBs, took my money and never performed any install. I have a small claims court judgement against them, fat chance of collecting.

They took our money, installed our panels and kept our rebate from the government for themselves. They are crooks and we are suing them. Don't use these pirates!!!
