We often put subscribers on an active farm but sometimes it can take a few weeks (or even months). The billing is months behind
If you cancel it takes 3 months to official cancel. BE AWARE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY!
Note to nautilus, dont add a generic comment to this post about calling customer service as they are clueless and not helpful or even add a comment about 2 bill process on the CMP bill this company is a scam and was costing me more money each month for electricity for no reason.

Hi Dylan,We appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts.We noticed that you are on the 2-bill process, which is where you get a bill for part of your utility charges from the utility company and the other portion from Nautilus. It is the latter portion where you receive the discount in the form of solar credits that bring your overall bill down when you add the two together. We know the 2-bill process is confusing and worked with the utility companies to have them allow for a 1-bill process where it’s all on the same invoice. A subscriber just needs to opt-in to the new process and is highly recommended due to the exact reason you mentioned. Because this is a shared relationship with your utility company, we must coordinate the cancellation process with them. For some utility companies it is immediate, for others it can take up to 90-days and we have no control over this unfortunately.Either way, you will save money, while helping the environment, by choosing community solar.
