Marshall-March Funeral Home Inc. - Suitland

I just buried my Dad on the 22 of Oct. My experience with this establishment was horrible. Very unprofessional staff. They don't know how to separate business from their personal relationships with clients. I do not know my relatives personally and apparently a family member of mine knows and uses Marshall's regularly. I was disrespected by staff for inquiring about information about my father. They also felt the need to spell my name incorrectly and had the audacity to cop an attitude when asked to correct it. I don't know what games y'all playing with my sister and Auntie but it's very unprofessional.

The service provided was unsatisfactory: its had misspelled names, inadequate to no flower arrangement service, and no concern for the family wishes in their grief. I would not recommend any service at this Funeral Home. Filing complaints does nothing to rectify or compensate the issues for they do not care about their reputation. Its was a sad day with sadder situations of unfortunate disregard and no resolve. This was the most heartless Funeral Home I have ever been to in my life.

This Funeral Home is excellent. They has taken care of my Brother and my wife 2 months apart. The services for both was excellent.
