Per my experience, i feel like they do not care about patients and treatments. They only care about money. Disease got worse with their unprofessional suggestions about diagnose and medication. They required virtual appointments and I have never meet the doctor in office or in person. Their virtual link technique is not working in appointment and they have the nurse call you saying the network is down without providing any substantial medical advices and get payment of $330 for your apt and take it as a doctor visit without actually letting me seeing a doctor, only taking a call from a nurse who cannot answer your questions or forward your questions to the doctor. And i waited for 2 hours but didn't hear back from the nurse or the doctor to get any suggestions about the solutions of the symptoms.

I supposed to have an appointment (via Zoom) and nobody call me. When I called the office the secretary was very disrespectful with me. I really needed the appointment because of my medications. I talked with her because I was scare to have a seizure and she said: you can go to the emergency room... that's ok, you dont going to be first person we send to emergency room.

Ive been with Dr.khan and his team discovered my MS and have actively been involved and doing things to help stop my lesions and treat my symptoms and or manage them. Their staff is amazing and very thorough. They stay on top of things and have just been great through this process and long journey. I know that having them cheering me on is going to help
