When I say This I truly mean it This facility is run so professionally, it's unbelievable. The staff was not only friendly but they were helpful. thank you so much for helping me navigate this difficult situation. Cancer is a horrible thing. But when you find yourself navigating Your way through the health system for your loved one It's of great comfort to be greeted with staff such as yours. thank you so much I really appreciate everything you all have done for my brother. From the one on one doctor whom took the time to not only listen but to diligently try to understand the whole situation. What more could a person ask for@Tanyika Silver You're probably the kindest person I've encounter throughout this whole process. I would not be me if I didn't take the time to thank you personally for each and every thing y'all did for my brother today. Judging from your demeanor that's just the way you do your job. But coming from a person on the outside looking in, it's clear that God has put you in the right place. It is so fortunate that when I picked up that phone yesterday. God attached me to you. Thank You all so much. Your staff is the absolute best. My brother left your facility hopeful for his future. I can't say thank you enough.

Went today and I was sent away with no answers and no help. No pain relief for my hand that is obviously mangled and in bad shape. I can't sleep or barely perform daily activities. Very disappointing waste of my time

If you have any other option for medical treatment please use it! (Ie. Use Western Tidewater Free Clinic) While Im pretty sure the "DOCTORS" i saw at this place are probably no longer there. This place would have killed me without a doubt! Luckily, I did not keep listening to these "doctors" and found reputable doctors that diagnosed and treated my very Aggressive CANCER!
