        Could not of been an easier process. James was great to work with and was able to get me the perfect fireplace. The fireplace came much quicker than expected and they were great in helping me load the pieces into my truck. The fireplace works great and came with everything I was promised. You can't beat their prices and they are so nice. Thanks again!

        Did not return message after message. When I finally got them on the phone, they kept telling me what they couldn't do. I contacted a competitor in Ramsey NJ who replied back within 1 day and worked with me to define an approach to remove my existing setup and completely rebuilt all parts (fireplace, stone panels, hearth and mantle).
