Terribly rude woman running the place, yelled at me and called me unpleasant names when I came in to pick up a part which broke, for a door they installed at my home. I was quoted very high prices for both the part and the repair, which is very simple and I was able to do by myself in a few minutes. It's a shame to see a small locally owned business alienating customers like this. I will find someplace that seems like they want my business next time.
