Yes this company does price fix contracts to customers.
This company and the companies listed below are owned by Raymond Applebaum.
All of his companies do the same type of work , operate in the same counties , and bid against each other.
He floods the advertising media outlets with adds for all of his companies to increase phone calls for estimates.
After a sales person meets with the customer the information is given to Raymond Applebaum. He will send three , four or five bids from his other companies to the unsuspecting customer.
in doing this he is able to artificially increase the bid price and manipulate the scope of work on the contract.

Ray Applebaum has been deceiving his customers and price fixing throughout the state of Florida for years.
Ray buys out active sealcoating companies and keeps the business name and reincorporates the business creating a " shell " company.
He uses all these shell companies to flood a potential customer with four , five or six estimates from his other companies.
Ray Applebaum also owns : Clay's Asphalt Maintenance Inc. - National Sealcoating Inc. and M.A. Construction Group LLC.
