I’d give a negative rating if I could. The movers broke my desk and the two years it was in their unit no one cared to tell me that the desk was broken then one man was sent to drop off an apartments worth of furniture. After exhausting myself helping him bring a bed up after having his equipment turn my carpet Black he secretly places the broken desk in my garage after I sat to take a break. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

The Closetbox experience was a real pleasure. The movers were very professional that broke down my enormous furniture wrapped it with care and placed it in storage for me. I'm scheduled for delivery in 3 to 6 months... I would recommend them to anyone and will update you again once my delivery is complete.

I can't say enough great things about Closetbox storage. It was super easy to call and schedule my appointment, and they even took the time to figure out whether I had reserved the right amount of storage so I felt confident that everything would fit and would be the price I was quoted. They gave me a 2 hour time window for when the movers would arrive and they came about an hour into the time window which was perfect and exactly what I expected. The movers were super awesome, very careful with all my stuff and got it efficiently packed up and moved into their truck. It honestly was pretty mind blowing what an amazing experience it was. I just had to schedule the pick up and the rest was a piece of cake, my things were whisked off into storage and I just pay a monthly price for the storage, which is also a super reasonable price given they pick up all your things for you! They even were able to pick up and store my washer and dryer which was a huge plus! Also very helpful and friendly on the phone, I never had to wait to talk to them, they picked up right away.
