        Terrible experience. I ordered my glasses on January 23rd and was told 7-10 days for expected arrival. When I followed up after about 2 weeks they told me that the glasses had arrived but the lenses were cut incorrectly. I had to call again to be told the same thing that they were not ready, and finally got an automated text saying the glasses were available for pick up. Today I am here to pick up my glasses after seeing the hours are 9AM - 9PM to find out they are not open until 10AM. I was trying to pick up my glasses before I leave for work and have completely wasted my time and gas. I asked if there any resolution for making me wait so long last time I spoke with someone and they told me no.
