Writing this as I wait. Had a 1pm appt. Arrived early filled paperwork, as I am from out of state I expected some. I have been waiting now for an hour forty five min. Not a good first impression. Esp since I'm in a lot of pain and have expressed this to them a few different times! They got my deductible so I'm stuck! Staff was awsome dr lee was great. Just long wait.

I had an ok experience during my visit, but when requesting billing records the process has been painful. The people handling the billing never seem to be available. It has now been three weeks and I still do not have correct billing statements. Be careful of using this practice if you have FSA accounts.
