Doesnt matter how big the complex is when there are over 30 available units, that speaks for itself. Most of the new reviews are fake and written by staff. The post below mine is an example because the maintenance supervisor, Bryan, sucks, just check previous reviews. The property manager, Latosha, is beyond unprofessional, callous, and vindictive. Proceed with extreme caution.

Alex Jay has always been extremely helpful and Im so excited to see thats hes still here at Eastwood Village. He has always had amazing customer service and Im confident hell make a huge difference in the community.

Came in for a tour and received top tier customer service from Alex Dawson the assistant property manager. He went about and beyond and was very welcoming and warm with answering all my questions. Highly recommend the property and strongly suggest you ask for Alex!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! Between the roaches and lack of professionalism, it's a big no. I moved out, at the end of my lease. I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. The maintenance manager still charged me for non existing damages. I went back to the complex multiple times to talk to him. After avoiding me, I was finally able to catch up with him and he had the nastiest attitude but still could not produce anything that showed these damages but refused to remove the charges. They would not allow me to do a final walk through nor sign off on a final walk through. I made multiple attempts to speak with the property manager. I called and left messages and also sent emails...all were ignored. When i went to the complex, I was always told..."She's not available." Now I am stuck with these charges that no one wants to explain while showing proof of these damages. I did a video of the whole apartment before turning in my keys.
Basically, they can and will just do whatever and at the end of the day, it will fall on the resident.
Be careful when moving to this place. I only lasted for a year...I had to get out of there!
