        Great client service. The general service was fast and uncomplicated. We embarassingly managed to book the car from DCA instead of IAD. Felix and his supervisor Sabina were amazing in resolving the issue. They were exceptionally friendly and understanding. We were more than happy and releaved that they and Alamo were so flexibel and could just fix the booking so we could grab the car at IAD with no complications at all. Thank you!
