So far so good. I will say doing the casting was a little difficult as it seem to work a little different from the video they tell you to follow but I was able to work it out. I am not sure how communication is supposed to work regarding keeping you updated once they receive the molds back but I will add on to this review once I get to the next step. Wanted to add to this review now that i have my dogs braces and she has started to use them. First the response time was amazing. They did contact me once the received her cast and gave me an estimated time for the final product. I must say they did not disappoint. I actually received her braces a few days early. The braces themselves are still in the fitting stage. Yes they gave detail instructions of how to with the braces and provide contact information in case i have problems with them. She is still currently trying them out and getting use to them but the fit is amazing. It lined up perfectly to her leg so far no adjustments needed and she really is starting to take to them. I did notice additional limping after i take them off but we will see if that is part of the adjusting period. So far i am in love.

I saw this product and thought it looked like a quality product. I purchased a brace for my pit mix. When I received the brace, I tried to put it on her and couldn't get it to stay up. I then had my vet try and it didn't work for her either. I contacted the company and they graciously agreed to refund me for the brace with a small restocking fee of which I was aware when I purchased it. I still think it is a quality product, it just wasn't a good fit for my dog, I think, likely because she is a mix and a bit chubby. However, I would do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone who might have a need for one of their products.
