Me and my boyfriend were going through an application process with them, We went in and originally spoke with Tonya and shes the one who showed us the lovely apartment. We fell in love with, Ended up working with Laurie and Zach When it came to the application process to ensure everything was done, correctly, Lori was very eager to let me know things that werent explained properly, and was very pleased to help me Even though I was very upset About a miscommunication, Zach was very helpful. He answered the phone every time I needed him and walked me through all the process. I really do like this leasing apartment. They are very good at what they do and they are very nice.

We lived here about 3 years and had minimal complaints. Maintenance was super quick with requests/repairs. Very quiet neighborhood. Only thing is we never got our deposit back after multiple phone calls and voice-mails and them telling us multiple times it's in the mail. They've given us the runaround about it and at this point we've just given up on it

My family and I could not be more pleased with Tonya and Laury prompt and professional service as we were trying to move into one of Cascade Overlooks' units. It had all our must have's: ample parking, laundry in unit, outdoor balcony. Not to mention, great amenities compared to our last spot. The indoor racketball room is a God send for those with active toddlers, especially for the winter months. A gas fireplace with grill available to residents, first come, first serve basis. It was wonderful for making s'mores with my nieces and nephews. Work orders are conducted as soon as possible too. They do work so well that if you're not paying attention, you will notice they fixed problems and you may not realized when they did it! This location offers so much more then what we were paying for in San Diego, and we pay less, including water! I would recommend anyone looking for a safe, clean, and pleasant home to at least tour this property
