        Have lived here just over a month and very pleased and impressed with the maintenance here, especially Justin. I noticed a few flaws when my application was approved, I noted them, and they were fixed immediately. What a great start!

        I've lived here for over 3 years and would not recommend unless you are a student at GSU. Unfortunately even having 3 management teams over 3 years has not improved the state of SD. The best things about Southern Downs are the maintenance team and the leasing manager Sarah. I've only had positive experiences with them.
