The team at Buono's flooring were fantastic. Jeanette was both patient and helpful as I figured out my first floor repair and the team who arrived to fix it did so flawlessly and in a timely fashion. You truly can't tell where the damage was - such a relief! Thank you all!!!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Buono's Flooring was just fantastic to work with -- from start to finish. John was patient, kind, and walked me through the whole process (even navigating around my daughter's schedule and work phone calls and all the rest.) They showed up on time, did the work efficiently, communicated all the way through. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them, and I'd recommend them with the utmost enthusiasm to anyone who has floor work to be done. Another thing: I have zero idea what I'm doing when it comes to home stuff, so if you're in that same boat, I'd recommend them. John's truly a great guide through it all, and I always felt like I was being dealt with fairly and honestly.

I had a fantastic experience with Buono's Flooring. Everything went exactly as it should. The salesman knew exactly what he was talking about and picked up on potential problems that many others missed prior to the final estimate. He took his time during the estimate and then a bunch of annoying phone calls from me. He made a bigger more well known flooring company look silly and unprofessional. The crew was professional, responded to onsite issues (as expected on any remodel) immediately and intelligently. They were fast and clean. The install of my floor went perfectly. The administration office was professional and communicated quickly and again professionally. I would use them without hesitation again. My floors look great.

As a renter I wasnt looking to spend much to replace my old, tired floors. They sold me on the value of luxury vinyl flooring. The work was quick and the end result is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

I just had my hardwood doors done by Buono's. They did an excellent job. From my first phone call to completion, they made sure I was completely satisfied with the job they did. Very professional company to work with. Would highly recommend them.
