        I booked a one way trailer rental. They booked it for 4 days and I told the manager that I only needed it for 2 days. Was told that at the drop off day they would refund me the 2 days that I didnt use the trailer. I get to the drop off site and the manager tells me that they basically lied to me at the pick up location. Filed a customer complaint and the manager from Staten Island told me that they never said they would refund me the 2 days, which they did. I wish I would have recorded the conversation. U haul really disappointed me. From now on I will only rent trailers from local and small businesses. They are more honest. Thank you.
