    This review is for Dr. Tugertimur...and some of the staff at 2460 Hyland Blvd. My daughter had a new patient appointment today. 1:15pm. I arrived due to traffic at 1:20pm. I work in healthcare, Im a Vice President for a multi specialty practice, I know the importance of being on time. I know the new patient process and I fully understand how important being on time is since it affects the rest of the patients appointments. I was 5 minutes late. I had a new patient 1:15 appointment and a 1:30 actual appointment. When I first got there a receptionist greeted me asked who was I seeing then told me to please have a seat because she was attending to another patient. I waited. Patiently. Another receptionist apologized and said well be right with you (purple hair). I said no problem. Still very patient. 10 minutes after my arrival the first receptionist again apologized then finally informed her colleague Dr. Tugertimer had an appointment. Another 5 minutes passed. Now its 1:35...Amanda his assistant comes out and tells the other receptionist. Not me. The doctor isnt going to see me. When I asked why? The other receptionist said she didnt know why. I said I wasnt late. I was waiting here patiently. I mean come on. Doesnt this office have a 15 minute grace period? I took 1/2 the day off. Came all the way from Brooklyn. I said my daughters been having these issues for a while now. The receptionist apologized and said she was rescheduling me. Thats unacceptable. I dont know if the staff were incompetent or the doctor. He didnt have any other patients. His cut off time is 2pm. This is a specialist. A heart specialist. Im not there for strep throat. My 17 year old has been experiencing chest pains for over a year. Shes been tachycardiac on more than 1 occasion. Im was there to see a specialist and guess what this heartless specialist did? Turn her away. Well standing ovation to you. I applaud you. No compassion. Heartless. Shame on you. He should have asked what were we there for. Whos fault was it? Not just simply say no Im just too busy (again no other patients waiting for him) and I over heard the receptionist say we were his last patient again his cut off is 2pm...we got there at 1:20 yet he refuse to see a patient. A child experiencing chest pains. Shame. On. You. Yes. Im taking her elsewhere. Im going back to Brooklyn. I should have known better. Shame on you.
