      image I booked an appoint with KATE SHVARTS and during the visit I was assured that Kate knew the NYS Tax Laws, after being told how much I owed I was promptly left and prepared my own filing. After thoroughly going through every option of what I qualify for it turned out that Kate missed the NYS Militia option in which turned a lot of money owed to NYS into money that would now be refined.
