        I have been working with them for a few years now thru the VA and they have always gone above and beyond to try to help me with my many issues. And trust me I don't make it easy, I originally got my scooter a few years ago and now after a few years someone crashed Into my vehicle and damaged both my lift and my chair and they not only did a temporary fix on both the lift and chair but they also guided me on how to go about getting them replaced by the VA, which is the only way apparently car insurance will not cover my chair or lift because I don't have receipts for them since I didn't pay out of pocket for them originally (the VA did)... anyhow I'm sure I could have fought my insurance and maybe eventually they would have paid but I just went thru the VA and I got a call today that my new lift and chair are ready to be installed tomorrow! So great job!

        I spoke to someone in her office today and asked if they can get me a certain type of medical supplies. They said yes. They needed to speak to my Doctors office to get the orders and the script. Next thing I know my Doctors nurses call me and say that your company could not help because they did not carry that product. So I have no idea how they cannot know what they can do but yet tell me they can. I will not use or recommend yall.Good luck on all your future endeavors.

        Extremely unprofessional, when getting fitted for a knee brace the lady helping did not properly retrieve my insurance information correctly nor the change of address updated August 1st. TODAY I'm just receiving an FINAL NOTICE invoice dated 12/16/2020 as the post office was kind enough to forward this one on but now I have the headache of submitting my secondary insurance 5 MONTHS LATER. The representative that caters to Dr. Ottey's patients is more concerned with getting the commission than properly billing so the company with receive the revenue. Just sad.

      I am sorry you feel I didn't do enough to help you. I called your doctor to try and get a order for the item you requested. I contacted another DME company to see if they carried it. I finally was able to give your doctor the number to a company in Gainesville that can help you. I honestly went beyond what anyone else would probably do. My not being able to help you which was beyond my control is no reason to speak ill of me. I hope you are able to find what you need. I would have been more that happy to continue helping you if you had called me back. Did your Doctor's office not tell you that I had giving them the number to a company to send orders to for you? You failed to mention that. Their number is 352-333-2525 Barnes Healthcare. Hopefully they will do better than I apparently did. BTW I heard you say you needed Oxygen which is what I was referring to. Once the nurse and I cleared up the confusion I immediately began trying to find a company that could assist you. H

      No one in our company receives a commission nor do we compensate anyone in the referring physicians office as that would be illegal. Insurance information is provided to us at the time services are rendered by the client or referring physician. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and I will look into what happened as soon as I get to the office on Monday morning.Florida Blue Plans for DME are contracted through CareCentrix. CareCentrix manages all billing and patient invoicing. We receive a contracted fee for the service with no involvement in the management of the revenue cycle.
