October 2023: After going to PT a few years back and not seeing any results, I honestly just figured I'd deal with a lack of mobility for the rest of my life. I haven't had any more PT on my shoulder for almost 3 years now... I went into PT again not expecting miracles, but hoping to notice at least some improvement this time around. Danielle has been absolutely wonderful (as have all of the Standish staff I've interacted with). Every time I go in we work until we see some improvement, then I'm given some homework, and the following appointment adjusts the exercises based on how I responded. I always feel like I'm being listened to and Danielle gets just as excited as I do when we see improvements! My mobility has improved, my pain is reduced, and I actually go entire portions of the day without noticing my shoulder... I'm still being cautiously optimistic since we're only a few weeks in, thus why 4 and not 5 stars, but I am very happy with my care team and treatment this time around. Highly recommend Standish SBO&SPT.
