These guys were amazing they took care of me I turn in some diamond earrings along with some other pairs of earrings it was quick fast painless they gave me a very good price and they were super friend and customer service was amazing

They mistakes me for another person and tried telling me that I was trying to sell them fake AirPods, I tried showing them the Amazon receipt and that it was indeed a legit product and they turned me away, Im just guessing if your black stay away from this pawn shop!!! Edit: That is completely unacceptable, after leaving your shop I went to a pawn shop in woodbridge who checked the bar code to make sure the product was what it said it was and proceeded to pay $60 for it, how can you run a business if you cant even take every single 1 of your potential customers as a serious buyer/seller just because you had a bad appple doesnt mean we all are, I felt like you were trying to turn me away as soon As possible without even trying thats just not okay.

I would give no stars if it was possible. This location doesnt recognize real jewelry from the fake. The guy with the beard is rude and will cut you off when talking to him. I had a chain appraised from a jeweler and wanted a 2nd opinion. The chain was certified real gold but clearly this place doesnt know the difference. Waste of time going here.

I would give 10 stars if I could, went there to see about selling some old jewelry and Jaden, Jimmy, and Brad made me feel super comfortable with the whole process. They sorted through the real and fake jewelry I had and made me what I thought was a very fair offer. After doing the deal with my jewelry, I saw some other jewelry that they had for sale that I really liked, Jaden helped me look at a couple items and made me a deal on buying a necklace and a Xbox. I had a really great experience and Jaden is pretty cute so I am definitely coming back!
