These guys robbed me on two separate occasions or tried to at least. When the two Palestinian guys are there I dont have problems but when they arent there are always issues. Changed the oil and the fool didnt reset the car. I went there to change a tail light that was out and brought the lights after changing my oil. The guy told me they couldnt change it and that they think my SAM is out and that they need to run a diagnostic for $150! No way. I declined, went on YouTube and changed it myself in two minutes and now its working great. I had a leaky radiator and an issue with a sensor for my Airmatic suspension. They quoted me $1,900 and like an idiot I paid it. Later I did some research and found out the parts are like $300. They robbed me of $1,600! Turns out it wasnt even the radiator but a hose that was only $40 fking at the dealership. The oil changes keep going up and up in price and last time I sat there for OVER 3 hours while people came and went and it was obvious me and my oil change were not a priority to them. Anyway, they used to be wonderful but now theyre just ripping people off! Better to go to the Mercedes Benz dealership. They charge the same if not a little bit more. Oil changes at the dealership are $180 but Im in and out in an hour max and they check everything.
