Unprofessional when it comes to dealing with problems, they sit and wait for problems to work itself out , cabinet came out of square, so bad it couldnt be installed, solution for them was wait 3-4 weeks for a new one. They said they cant contact cabinet manufacturer so I prompted him to contact sales rep he said were not there yet, even after waiting a week for a confirmation from manufacturer very unprofessional go elsewhere for cabinets you will thank me later.

I very much appreciate the attention and help I received from Michael Omohundro in regard to cabinets Mid South had installed in 2004, that still look beautiful and still are sturdy, but the basket railings needed a minor repair. He took time to search for solutions and was very attentive, polite, and although the cabinets were no longer being made, he had helpful suggestions. Good to know this good service is there for us after all these years.

Mid South Building Supply has the best cabinets, kitchen counter tops, and overall building supplies out there. The whole team is welcoming, knowledgable, and thoughtful. You truly feel like family when you are at any of their showrooms. I highly recommend working with Mid South for any of your building needs.
