Shawn Eichner Cpa

Shawn is always very knowledgeable. This will be second year with my taxes and without him I definitely would have messed it up. He stays up to date on all tax info, he is kind and will explain in detail how things work if you have questions. Would highly recommend 10/10

Would not even look at my taxes. Said they don't take on new clients this time of year especially with any back taxes. I just had 3 years of w2s from the same company. Unprofessional

I Thought Shawn Eichner was okay  but after years with him one of my employees turned out to be his brothers ex wife. Shawns mother worked with him and told Shawns brother what hours my employee was working and  how much she was making. My employee was livid. I called Shawn right away to report what his mother had done. Shawn said: Its okaybecause I have a list of clients to get rid of and your on it. He said that I had 2 weeks to get on the portal for my information then it would be shut down. If their had been less than 1 star to rate Shawn Eickner I would have chose it.

I used Shawn for several years and met with him several times discussing different aspects of my business. I decided to start a new company and needed some help figuring out some details and when I reached out to him, he never responded. It was time sensitive, so a week later I reached out to him again, only to have him tell me that he couldn't answer questions for a non client. I was a client and had paid for services in the past. Maybe cpa's do things differently, but seems odd that in order to get advice from a cpa, you have to be in constant contact or maybe constantly paying every time you speak. Disappointed and would not recommend.
